Alina`s Maid

"I hired Alina’s Maid services to clean a house I purchased before having the painters come paint. The house is older and the walls, radiators and window sills were dusty and dirty and the bathroom was very dirty. I tried explaining to the 2 workers that I wanted all the surfaces wiped and washed to prepare for painting. Neither one spoke English so maybe they did not understand what I was requesting, but when I returned to the house there was visible dirt everywhere. I pointed it out to them and even took a wet cloth and started wiping everything down in front of them to show them how dirty everything still was. One of them picked up a paper towel and wiped the window (the paper towel was black afterwards- they obviously didn’t clean it at all), but other than that, just stood there and pretended to not understand anything. They knew I was unsatisfied but used the language barrier as an excuse and left. Needless to say, the painter arrived 2 days ago and has had a difficult time starting because he has been wiping down dust and cobwebs. He immediately advised me that I was taken advantage of and to get a refund. When we called to request a refund, or even to see if they would come back, we got no where. If they did the right thing I would have left it alone, but since they only care about collecting your money without providing quality services, I am now leaving a bad review. I would not recommend these services. My house was empty and couldn’t have been easier for them to clean, we paid hundreds of dollars and are extremely unsatisfied."

They even changed our diaper genie and put our dog's toys back in her bed. Payment was super easy to do over Venmo and communication was prompt over text. Pricing was half as much as an estimate of a different cleaning company nearby. Will definitely use Alina's Cleaners again and recommend you give them a try as well."
