Carpet Cleaning by Brian

"Unfortunately I ended up with a poor experience. We had our staircase cleaned and living room carpet, both came out clean especially the stairs which were quite stained. With our first appointment, I did not receive a confirmation call or text and when the appointment time was 10 minutes late I called to confirm someone was coming, I was told another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later Brian arrived. I did not make an issue of it and the carpets came out clean. 4 days later a portion of our living room carpet was still very wet and smelling badly. I texted to rectify the situation, he said if in another day it still smells he would come back. The carpet dried and the odor went away, 2 weeks later my toddler spilled his water and the carpet immediately smelled very badly. I contacted that something is wrong, we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. On that appointment day, I did not receive a confirmation call yet again and was anxious he wouldn’t show up. I had to contact him to confirm he was coming at 5 pm, he said he could make it by 3:30. I rearranged our afternoon and at 3:30 he texted it would be closer to 4. 4:30 rolled around and still wasn’t here, I had a screaming toddler who was waiting to go to and event because I had changed our plans hopeful to get the carpet re cleaned earlier. At that point I reached out and said forget it I cannot wait around any longer. He gave no apology, just rescheduled for another day. I gave him one more chance to repair the damage, on that third appointment day still no confirmation and he never showed up. Following day I texted him to say we had an appointment yesterday, he blamed me claiming he never got confirmation from me, which is false. No apology, no effort to come back whatsoever and fix the problem he caused. Now I’ll have to find someone else who is reliable that can re steam/clean the carpet so there is no more odor. Absolutely no respect for other people’s time and lack of professionalism. My husband is a business owner and he prides himself on confirming appointments, reassuring clients he is reliable and punctual. He was prepared to retaliate harsher regarding how our time was wasted and I have been treated and disrespected, but it’s not necessary nor worth it. Very unfortunate."

"Brian did such an amazing job! He was right on time and quick to get to work. We have 2 kids and with one of them being a baby who now crawls, I really wanted to give our 2 area rugs a deep cleaning. He was really thorough and really took his time to get the high traffic stains out which I honestly didn't think would be possible. He shampooed and steamed cleaned both of our area rugs and our ottoman which is over 10+ years old! They all came out looking amazing! He even did a small section of our kitchen tile free of charge in case we wanted to get it done in the future! All of his products are plant based and he left our whole apartment smelling like oranges! He is a very hard worker and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using his service again in the future and I would highly recommend him. Thank you again Brian!"

"Just had my carpets and stairs done by Brian. I have a handicapped husband and a small 14 year old pup that has bladder problems. So, my carpets were not so nice I thought they were ready to be ripped out. But, Brian did a great job that I can keep my carpets a while longer....He's courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced...And, I highly recommend."
