"Great install professional install"
"Richard did our gutters on our house and sold us on his personal technique to keep large pieces of snow from sliding off the roof. He made sheet metal bars and painted the front, not very well but it was hard to tell Just how badly his paint job was from below. He finished the job while we were away and hounded us all night long for the balance of the job saying how broke he was and how he needed the money that minute to buy supplies for his next job. So in good faith we paid him fully. When we arrived home and saw what he had done we reached out to him repeatedly but he would not take our calls. Attached is a photo. This is one of the e better areas! He didn’t really paint both sides of the bar so from inside the house we see scratched up partially painted metal bars. He also put long screws through the bars in areas and one screw went into my hand as I used the edge of our hillside roof to walk around a bush in the garden. I had no idea he had done this as it makes no sense and is hazardous. So I didn’t think to look before putting my hand in a place I’ve put it hundreds of times before. I would definitely not recommend him, his work is terrible and his customer service is worse!"
