"Absolutely do not go here. I brought in a dress for alternations and I told them what I wanted done and they dismissed me but I kept pushing and they said they would do it and that is what I paid for them to do. Go to pick up the dress and they did none of the alterations aside from hemming and the dress fell completely off my chest. I asked them to dix it and they both screamed in my face. Told me they couldn’t have done all that work and I should have never asked for that. I had to show them how much it didn’t fit. I got no refund from the lack of work and they just continued to yell. DO NOT GO HERE."

"The amount of negative reviews here should be a great indicator that this business should not deal with people. Their customer service and lack of compassion while someone is dealing with a great loss and excuse that they "don't speak English" despite multiple interruptions and and rants say otherwise. Listening is a key portion of any customer interaction whether you agree with them or not. It's important to hear the entire story before coming to a conclusion. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, interrupted me frequently and was inconsiderate to the fact that my friend went there to pick up a suit jacket for her recently deceased husband. My friend had no idea that her now passed husband had left a few items there for over a year as he is the one who dropped everything off. My friend asked if she could please just pick up the suit jacket to drop off at the funeral home and she would deal with the rest later. She was lambasted by the woman working there and then additionally by what we are assuming is the husband stating she had to take everything and that SHE left everything there for a year. My friend is a calm, sweet and currently mourning widow who does not need to be screamed at over her husbands mistake. I called to ask them to apologize and was given the same treatment and yelled at as well. Steer clear of this business until they take some time to consider that they are dealing with PEOPLE and that people have emotions and lives. They can have all of the rules they want at their business but they can also make exceptions to those rules."

"I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I had a wonderful experience. I brought in 2 coats to dry clean, one which was very very dirty and had gotten moldy over the summer in storage. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do anything with it but I figured it was worth a shot. I wish I had a before picture because it looks totally brand new now! You would never know how bad it looked before."

"DO NOT BRING THEM YOUR BUSINESS! If I could give them negative stars I would. I brought a dress here I needed taken in for a wedding. When I picked it up they never let me try it on and when I got home it would not zip shut. The dress stretches and they took it in so much that I couldn’t zip it and there’s about a five inch gap from one side of the zipper to the other. When I brought it back to them they told me there was nothing they could do and they didn’t do anything wrong. It took four days for them to make the alterations and when I told them I didn’t gain that much weight in four days they continued to say they didn’t do anything. Clearly If it was big when I brought it in they took it in to much. They then proceeded to tell me if I wanted to fit into it I needed to lose weight. I complained that my dress was ruined and I had nothing to wear to the wedding I had that day and they offered no solution or apology. They just screamed at me because the woman told me I asked for it to be fitted. The couple then argued about whether to give me my money back. When I told them that the dress was now garbage since I could not get into it and something should be done about that, the woman told me the dress was cheap material anyway. While she was yelling that at me the male was yelling at me to sue him. I’ve never had a problem with alterations and I’ve NEVER had such horrible customer service. DO NOT BRING THEM YOUR BUSINESS."
