"I was a private seller of a home and had the displeasure of dealing with a howard hannah representative Deborah Scott whom misrepresented herself to me during our dealing by not divulging the fact that she included a commission fee to be paid by me to her. In fact she was not even the one to bring the buyer to my home but rather the buyers parent found my house and advised the buyer to reach out ne which they did directly. Had I been informed which would have been the professional thing to do the cost of the commission that I am.now forced to pay would have been included in the sale price of the home Needless to say if this is how HH deals with people .i would not recommend them.to anyone nor will I ever deal with Howard Hanna in the future.
