"NEVER AGAIN will I go back here. I wash my clothes here once a week, as does my brothers wife. Getting ready to go on vacation, I dropped them off with a comforter. The clothes cost $28 - but said she couldn’t tell me the price up front, it’s up to the owner. I pick them up - it’s $45 for a comforter. The comforter doesn’t even cost $45. Do not drop off clothes here without knowing the exact price to do so."
"Don’t ever bring your clothes there for them to wash . I walked in on them doing my wash mixed in with other peoples clothes. I called the board of health on them ."
"This laundromat is convenient since I live in the neighborhood. Unfortunately the owner or the manager smokes inside his office also inside the laundromat you can smell it through the machines. Definitely not sanitary for the customers or their laundry. PS this place is also a rip off. I also dried my clothes on hot for 45 minutes and they weren’t dry. He refused to refund me my $15 back for the dryer."
"Clothes did not get clean at all. Half machines are broken. Garbage isn’t even a word. Manager sucks. Drunk and smoking cigarettes inside the building… run!"
"Expensive, they consistently don't have air condition on hot and humid days when it's busy. The washing machines are clean for the most part. Dryer barrels often have lifted sections that might bind and ruin delicate though I can't say I've had that issue though I don't dry delicates. There is at least one dryer that will not run on medium heat, and you don't find out till you put all your money in and either have to burn your clothes or barely dry them, I've pointed it out to staff who already know it (yet it is not labeled at the very LEAST) and its been like this for a few months at least and I keep getting stuck with it, they'll give you credit if you ask bring it to their attention but I honestly just go here for convenience, I am in the market for a new laundromat due to all of the above. Oh and it's 2018 n machines charge $ 4-8.50 and only take quarters, great. There is free wifi."
