"I've been doing my laundry here for years. As of the last several months I've encountered problems with several machines not working and/or out of commission at the same time resulting in wasting my detergent, softener,etc and most importantly my time. One of those times I counted there were a total of 7 broken machines. While this laundromat is more convenient I will unfortunately will be going elsewhere. Updated reply to owner's reply; Last time I was there one of the machines I used was broken but there was no sign indicating it was so. At the end of the wash all my linen was completely soaked and sopping wet. The laundry attendant reimbursed me, offered me soap and placed a note on the machine stating it was broken. I redid my wash in another machine and an owner came in and took the note off the broken machine without fixing it while I was still there!!! Now when another customer comes in to use the machine they'll waste their time and soap as well!!! That is simply bad business and reflects your attitude towards your customers."
