"Customer service needs a lot of work. Absolutely unacceptable. Was there today with only one employee - young guy (maybe college?) and he refused to help because he was 'on break', despite being the only one there able to help tend to cash / first time buying a card -- You can't buy a card without putting a deposit on it, you can't return the card with funds on it, whatever it is - explain it to me because I'm a first timer here, don't just leave me and go on break. Literally disappears into his room and makes me wait at least 10 minutes. Such a waste of time and a definite way to ruin your day with his attitude. Seriously."

"I arranged for a morning drop-off of my laundry between 9 am and 12 pm, but the notification I received stated the drop-off time would be between 9 pm and 11 pm. When I called to clarify this discrepancy, I was met with an incredibly rude and dismissive response from the employee on the phone. Instead of offering assistance or an apology, the employee told me, "You don't need to inquire about your laundry so much, go check the application first before calling." Despite trying to explain the confusion caused by the misleading notification, the employee continued to be unhelpful and discourteous. This kind of treatment is entirely unacceptable, especially from a business that prides itself on customer service. I have always appreciated the quality of the laundry service itself, but this experience has severely damaged my trust and satisfaction. No customer should have to endure such disrespect and poor service, particularly when dealing with health issues. Moreover, I reached out to the manager via email to address this issue, and the response was just as disappointing. The manager was unhelpful, ignored my concerns, and replied with basic, unrelated information. I am almost 100 percent sure that the manager and the worker are related because there is no way for unrelated people to have so many similarities in their approach to customer service. I urge Laundry King to address this issue and ensure their employees understand the importance of respectful and helpful customer service. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone."

"It's both spacious and clean. The machines are very clean and well-maintained. The staff are always helpful. Having a parking area is extremely convenient. You can place an order online through the app. They delivered it the next day. My clothes smelled great and had no wrinkles. This is the best laundry service I've ever seen."
