"I recently bought a house for my mom for her birthday and i was looking for a cleaning business to tidy up the house so it was ready for my mom so the house was move in ready. Fortunately that is when i found Swipe N Clean. I've had other cleaning services clean my personal house before and i wanted to try something new so i was recommended to Swipe N Clean and wow. The service that was provided was spectacular and they left the house spotless. When i saw the house after i was astonished to see the before and after difference. If you ever need a cleaning service that is reliable and will get the job done i would definitely recommend trying out Swipe N Clean."

"Paid $400 for a 5 hour deep clean of 2br-1bath apartment - dust removal, baseboards, behind furniture, the works. Upon return to my apartment, I found multiple areas completely neglected and some portions that were painfully obviously missed (see photos below). Gunk on the baseboards, gunk on the sink, areas behind the fridge still entirely full of dust, dust ontop of the fan. Most major cleaning services offer standard cleaning for less than $150 that would have done a better job. For $400, I expect the cleaning to be extremely thorough and done correctly the first time. Reached out to customer service to get a refund given the quality didn't even come close to meeting standards for a regular clean. They initially offered me a $20 discount on my next cleaning.... I pushed and increased to $50. If I had accepted, I would have still paid $350 for a service that wasn't worth more than $100 maximum. I've had one person do a better job in 2 hours than their whole team did in 5. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you intend on getting ripped off. Note: Owner has replied that we go around going from cleaner to cleaner threatening bad reviews to get free cleanings. This is absolutely false - and you can check my review history to verify. Additionally he claims that this place was a disaster to walk into - another lie. We cleaned prior to having the deep clean done so they could truly focus on the problem areas. Lastly he claims we were offered walk through of the final product, that is also not true. Don’t buy services from a liar / scam artist - do yourself a favor and find a cleaner in your neighborhood who isn’t tied to a slumlord like Cristian."
