"There’s this lady in this laundromat and yesterday I went to her laundry and I asked her to empty out 2 machines and instead there was another Spanish lady there standing next to her and she’s like i Wana give it to her when I was waiting for 5 minutes. She chose to give the machines to her own kind (Spanish) and not mine is just really rude I’m never gonna come here again please don’t come here they will treat you racially depending on who you are they don’t care if your their costumer."

"Nasty Rude People. Went there two times for drop off. I use my own detergent and softener. The morning guy gave me a face like why are you bothering me. The evening lady gave me a speech when I asked to give me my receipt back after I paid- "what do you need it for... what do you need it for... " And now, when I got home I couldn't find my 32 loads of softener and 20 loads of detergent... Called them just now and 3rd guy says you need to talk to people -the black guy- that's how he calls his morning coworker. Right the way started talking rudely to me. Addressing me as "listen to me" and interrupting me. I asked him to take my message and phone number and have his coworker call me. And then he goes-" I'm not responsible for things that you lost in here and it's not my problem because I have other things to do" and kept on yelling at me. Once again, you stole it from me!!! If you take my belongings and don't return it and say it's not here- it's called stealing!!!! You work at this place and you can't point fingers at others. You should help your client. When I asked to speak to the owner, he hung up on me. Now that I read so many people saying that they steal, here is one more person who adds to it. You steal!!!! Avoid this place!!!!"
"This place is a laundromat, don't know why people on here are so sensitive saying "STafF is rude". Been coming here practically my whole life and never had a rude encounter. You literally never interact with staff unless you need change or to place a wash order. Prices are good, if you can't afford to wash your clothes just say that lol"
