"The staff is rude as can be . Half of the machines are broken . They cloths do not rang out and the dryers don’t work properly. Then when I let the staff know your dryer is broken they wouldn’t give me more quarters to dry my cloths in a different machine. I strongly suggest not coming here or else you like people taking your hard earn money."
"My name is Danny Alc and I am posting this using my uncle's account. I brought some cloths to them for a 4 week period back in January 2020. to be washed. They did a decent job but the problem I ran into was a manger who works during the day that had a major attitude problem. She accused me of being a difficult person to work with and refused to wash my cloths. She even banned me from dropping my cloths off. All because I asked her one day is she could use more soap in my laundry. The worst part was when she got me confused with my uncle Luis Alcala. who had an issue one day when he brought some cloths to be washed and noticed that two sweaters that were in the bag were stolen. This place is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anybody! Danny Alc"
"I left a shirt bought from H&M for a dry clean and didn't pick up for some weeks . Instead of receiving a phone call with a reminder the item was damaged. Most likely it was done by the owner or with his knowledge . Cheap place, they have lost already dollars because I already stopped going there for a long time . the shirt was given for a donation."
