"My first time here. I came at about 7:30am on Sunday. There were a few machines available, but quite a few people were there. It would be nice to have a few seats there to be able to wait, but not sure the space would allow for that. You can pay by card or coins. Washing is about 30 min and you can set drying to whatever time you need $0.25 per 5 minutes. Machines aren’t new but in good condition, clean. The staff are polite and helpful."

"I have been a loyal customer of Gladys Laundromat for quite some time, relying on their full-service laundry. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Upon picking up my laundry, I immediately noticed that some of my items were missing, and in their place, I received items belonging to another customer. This mix-up is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about the care and attention given to customers' belongings. When I tried to report the issue to the staff, I was told that my only option was to return after 11 PM to speak with the boss, Larry. This is a highly impractical time, and it seems unreasonable to expect customers to be available at such late hours to resolve issues. Furthermore, when I asked for Larry's email or phone number, I was curtly shut down, leaving me with no alternative means of communication to address the problem. Adding insult to injury, the staff implied that I might be lying about the situation and mentioned they would review camera footage to verify my claim. This gaslighting tactic is unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with trust and dignity, not be accused of dishonesty when reporting an issue. In light of this experience, I am deeply disappointed in Gladys Laundromat and urge them to improve their customer service and laundry handling processes. I hope that they will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to prevent future mishaps and ensure customer satisfaction. *Will update the review if anything changes"

I was amazed at how you serve your customers, because your laundry employs uncivilized women who cannot speak politely to a customer, either they have something wrong, or it’s time for you to change staff! Also, when I approached one of the women to change money, she did not help me in any way, although she should! I give your establishment only one star, because the quality of cleaning is also important to me - the feeling that they are not cleaned here! Everything is dirty, and if you look at some angles, you can even see cobwebs and a lot of dirt! But the most interesting thing is that no one seems to clean the washing machines, since they are in a deplorable state, they have a lot of washing powder, both inside and outside! Do you want to add laundry detergent? You won't succeed! You will get your hand dirty faster!"
