Super Wash Center 8681 20th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11214

"They are robbing people with their coin vending machine, which many times gives less money out than the inserted paper money. Today, between 4:30 -5:30 PM , I inserted $10 bill in the machine. I collected all the money. After inserting $ 8 coins in $2 machines, I felt that the remaining coins were less. When I counted them, they were $ 8. I reached out to the skinny white lady , whose attitude was very nasty. After 3 calls, she responded . I explained everything to her. She counted my remaining coins 2 times and told me that I am contacting the owner, he will come and take care of everything, and I can do nothing. Also, I told her that I put $ 2 coins in each machine with 2 cups of soap, but the machines are not running. After some time, a bulky man with good length reached. I was much surprised by his attitude. He was blaming me. He didn't seem to cooperate and is not giving back my $2 .it's not about $2 money. It was a matter of their dealing and behavior. When I told him, then I would call the police, then he collected $1.75 and dropped it on my hand disrespectfully. The lady collected them and told him that they were $ 1.75 instead of $2. This vending machine theft happened with me previously 3 times. The owner told me very disreputable manner that I should not come again in this laundromat."

"I am surprisingly disappointed with superwash center. First off not having to take card is one thing but not having an ATM isn't it. What about customers that don't carry cash with them all the time. It is 2024, almost everyone carries debit/credit cards most of the time for their safety. You guys have to at least upgrade for the sake of new customers. Second, the washing machines are very filthy and it shows it has not been cleaned at all. Management needs to take a chance at least one every couple of weeks to clean out the machines a bit. Overall I would not recommend going to this laundromat to do your laundry."
