"the minute I walked in their cleaner/worker tells me I’m not allowed too fold. I got there two hours before closing so I was confused but told her okay. By the time I’m waiting for my last machine to come out she rudely comes again to tell me last wash is at 9pm. Why didn’t she tell me before hand or even allowed me to start washing? Wont be coming back also the dryers DO NOT WORK/DRY I had to keep adding time after checking it twice."

"Come here all the time came at 9 pm on 12/1/2022 on the dot with a tiny bag of clothes that would've finished in no more than 40 minutes when the website says closes at 10 and the small short lady working is saying i cannot wash my clothes because she will end up having to re-clean the washers and she did not wanna have to do that and leave late. When i said thats fine i wanna talk to a manager she continued to say she has never seen the boss and did not know the bosses working hours and when i asked for her name REFUSED to give me her name. Very ride and unprofessional. It is not my fault you do not like your work schedule."

"Great spot, machines always available, Ladies that work there are fantastic to solving issues. That was how I felt my first experience here today standards changed how is it u use more dryers for drop off Service But Customers that are here !! Have to wait for dryers!!"
