"I have to say clean and the staff is great but that’s where it ends. I walked in today to find yet again another price increase!! The machine a year ago was $7.50 and today it’s $9.00. I am getting very disgusted with this. The free dryers are gone while other locations still have it. This location is a block from the projects and this company just keeps raising prices. I continue to use this because of convince but the time is coming where I will have to start looking for another place because these prices are out of hand."
"When I wash clothes I usually come across jenni as the employee on shift. She is such a great person to engage in conversation with. She’s answered all my questions and concerns with patience and has went out of her way to demonstrate/ operate in assisting with the machines. Jenni is a great representation of what wonderful customer service should look like. I went in last week Friday to do my laundry & she wasn’t there, which was sad because my laundry time was boring. Jenni makes my hours spent washing clothes comforting & She’s hilarious too. Plus I LOVE THE RED HAIR!!!!!"
"I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with the customer service I received from Jen. She went above and beyond to explain the process of dropping off my clothes, when I would expect it back and how the Clean Rite bagging and folding would be. This was my first time dropping off clothes since I always had a washer/ dryer and she made me feel so calm in leaving my clothes in her hands. I would definitely be going back to her."
