"I just recently moved to the neighborhood, and I spoke to what seemed to be the manager and explained to her that I have a service dog who is trained to perform a task in order to help me with my disability. She confirmed and explained to her staff that my service dog was allowed to accompany me while I do my laundry. However today while doing my laundry I was told I couldn’t enter with my service dog half way through doing my laundry. My service dog is a standard poodle Hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed. While working he’s laying down or sitting down next to me. The excuse they gave me was “people are complaining, and some people may be allergic.) I explained to her that he is a service dog and that he is hypoallergenic to which she said. “Well my manager said you can’t come in with him” I explained to her I had already gotten an approval from the manager, and she just walked away. there’s kids coming up to my service dog and he ignores them as he should. This is a violation of the ADA (Americans With Disability Act). He is also not required to have a service dog vest or have any for of identification card. Let’s hope they look into the ADA of 1990 and get better informed. God forbid anyone who requires a service dog/Animal is told to leave them outside and has an accident inside."

"This place used to be okay. The place is not quite as clean as it once was. Broken seats are not uncommon. At times, it's noisy with kids running around. The attendants could be more responsive to fixing machines and handling problems. When busy, patrons and attendants aren't swift to unload the dryers. The cost for using the washers and dryers have escalated. I've heard nice things about Sunny's across the street and plan to do my laundry there."

"I like this laundromat. Close to my home and does a lot of good things. But some of the dryers are very dirty. Please fix it and make all of us keep liking you guys. Edit: Used to give 4 stars, but now only 1. After talked with the manager and they promised to clean and fix their machines and but have not done so after months already."

"A large laundromat with many washers and dryers. In order to use their machines, you need to first get one of their cards and load money onto it. They are 24/7, so very convenient to do laundry."
