"service has gone down so much a few years ago it was pretty bad, clothes stolen twice, clothes smelt terrible a few times, and always weird yelling from upstairs, but other then that it was ok. i was forced to come here bc it was close litterly the only reason. however now it’s even worse nearly all the times i’ve came here i hear horrible cursing and yelling from upstairs prob from a child! im very concerned what’s happening there. also i think their laundry detergent has gone bad because yuck! my clothes smell bad.in addition their website is incomplete and the whole place looks incredibly unprofessional and dirty"

"Great place to do laundry. However, the detergent receptacles are gunky with visible build up of reddish/brown only God knows what. They should take a day to run the machines through with a cleaner."
"Horrible service. After dropping off laundry the first time I never planned on returning because a majority of my clothes were over dried and shrunk. Due to the quarantine, I had to use this laundromat again. Again, all my clothes were excessively over dried. The elastic in my socks is burnt and they are basically crunchy. Even when I brought my clothes and did them myself, I left the dryer on low and upon my return all my dryers were set to high. Do not go here unless you’re clothes are a few sizes too big."
