"This laundromat is owned by a husband and wife. When it opens in the morning, it opens on time only if the husband is opening it. If it's the wife who's opening, she's always late. The most annoying part is that there's always a bunch of pathetic "sheep" waiting outside, hoping that she gets there, as if it's the only laundromat in the neighborhood. It's not, and I refuse to go there any longer. If you don't respect your customer's time, you won't get my business."
"Pay attention! They turning off the cold water as soon as no one seeing it, to save energy and money. I wish we can have a better competitive clean and new laundry. Their washing machines are too old and have mold in it! But anyway people don’t have a choice and the owners make higher prices every 6 months !"
