"They lost my clothes and owner is saying he only pick up one bag. He pick up my clothes July 20th. It was not placed in the app until July 23th. When I called to see about my clothes no one knows what I was talking about g about and then he only drops off one bag. Only one time I had one bag with them. And then he says he only going to give me back the money for services which was $58. My clothes are worth more than that. I’m so upset my granddaughter’s summer clothes and my work dresses."
"Not a lot of walk ways with double machines with your wet and dry clothes in a cart.10 car parking lot occupied by waiting laundry customers. Washing machines and Dryers stainless steel tops and face were dirty with finger prints and dried up swirls of remedial wiping. Floor Tiles were dirty and dare not drop your wet clothes on that floor. Costs for the machines are inflated and will never go back."

"Everytime i get there, one employee or a customer has to act a fool. Customers don't have that respect to but the carts away. This is how they do your laundry as they remove out the dryer on the floor to their feet.."
