"SCAMMERS!!!!! I work at AT&T and we partner with Directv. These people called her stating that she owed $400 to Directv and it HAD to be paid or they would cut off her service. She said she would go into the office to see what the problem was. He told her, “no, you have to send a money order to 6614 Avenue U, Brooklyn NY”, and continued threatening her and her service. Fortunately my customer was smart enough to not listen to them. Shame on yall"

"I usually don’t write reviews but when I was checking for Millbasin Cleaners phone # I was shocked that they had a 2.8 rating. You must be kidding this dry cleaning establishment is the Best of the Best. i have been a customer for almost 20 years. Their preparation of cleaning is outstanding. I will only use a Dry Cleaner that does the work on premises believe me there are very few. Mill Basin not only is a very responsible establishment that aims to please. If u have a problem they do everything in there power to rectify it. When my tops or blouses are returned to me they are beautifully pressed, folded with tissue and enclosed in lovely plastic bags. I paid with hard earned money for my clothes & want them cleaned with care & properly. My pants pressed beautifully & creased if required. Also hung properly & wrapped in plastic. I love this Cleaner so much that I have them do my bedding. Folks I lived in B’klyn my entire life I’m retired moved to Long Island. I make the trip just to use Mill Basin Cleaners. 5 Stars is not enough for this business."

"Completely awful business. Extremely unprofessional. I left one jacket for five days I come to pick it up, keep in mind it’s one jacket for five days, and they tell me that it “might” be ready tomorrow it’s not ready today. Besides the fact that they were about to take five days to do one jacket I come and they tell me that it’s not ready and on top of that they’re trying to tell me I am wrong for being upset that my jacket is not ready after five days and it “might” be ready tomorrow. The owner comes up to me and starts talking to me and it comes out that they have not even touched my jacket for five days. Unbelievable and unexceptable. Never going back there again, told all my associates and acquaintances to never go there. I would recommend to go to absolutely ANY dry cleaner before this one. Dont do it to yourself."

"My wife and I gave this dry cleaner three items. Two of my custom tailored shirts and my wife’s skirt. The two shirts that they gave me both came back with rips on all of the sleeves and her skirt came back with what looked like black ink. When I brought the shirts back to them, they not only denied ripping my shirts, even though they clearly did as the rips were exactly the same size and on the exact same spots on both shirts, but they also tried to blame me for it and refused to take any responsibility. This place and their owner are just a joke. Avoid it at all costs. There is a much better dry cleaners on Veterans ave in the neighborhood."

"This has to be the most exclusive tailor in NYC because they wanted two months to tailor a jacket. One jacket. Because it was a "winter fabric". I gave it a month and a half, went to pick it up and STILL wasn't done. I've been dropping off dry cleaning every week and spending $20-30 per week for months and this was how I was treated. So I'm done and never coming back here again. The front desk people are nice and helpful but the tailor is terrible to deal with. I am taking my business down the street. The press and cleaning was decent overall, despite a number of times where things came back stained. This was taken care of at no charge. There are also some predatory practices around upcharges for tailoring. Pay attention because even a stitch apparently costs in the range of $10, even for a non visible part of a $20 tie that doesn't need it. They'll charge you anyway. Buyer beware."
