"Poor communication!! They didn't take my instructions when they arrive at my apt, I told them to call or press my door camera because I am Deaf. If they did, they would not have to wait for 30 minutes. How can I hear the knocks if I can't hear at all? I kept telling them that I can't hear nothing and I use sign language to communicate and I can answer or know they are here if they call me via video phone with an interpreter or press my door camera because the buzzer door outside does not work and second door is locked so it requires fob They went to the wrong door, nobody lives there, I went out and saw them at the wrong door, I pointed at my door with camera, they knew where my door was before. I keep all records and they don't show that they did come to my door. They knew I am Deaf because they did my laundries a few times and they want to play dumb. By the way I keep all the records in case they want to lie. I found them at the wrong door when I came out of my door but they knew where my door was because they walked with me and showed my door with camera 2 times so they will know I am the only one who has camera on the first floor."

"The owner lady is very mean when she gets angry so be careful you don’t take too long. We are just human. Nobody is perfect. I made the mistake to do laundry when I had pain my face was swollen and left to get a helper so she yelled at me. The other time she yelled at me my mom had just died. She’s not patient or understanding. If you already take out the clothes it’s not necessary to be so aggressive and yell at people to make them feel bad. I understand it’s very busy at times But she should work on her communication skills. The owner man is very nice. And the laundromat is clean their washers I like but King Laundromat on forest has much better dryers. Here you spend more on drying."
