"Love this Laundry! The customer service was amazing, I thought I left an item there and even thought I may had lost that item in the donation bin out front and the manger/owner not only search the cameras but also contacted the 3rd party in charge of the donation bin to come days early to search the bin. The item was my wallet, I actually had it at home the whole time. Also the"
"Recently new client to the laundromat. Happy that the place is open 24x7 as I come super early. And plenty parking space in the lot. The place is clean. It’s not new but you can see that the staff keeps the place clean. I see the night attendant clean the machines and floors. I also find prices to be very cheap in comparison to the few places I inquired around, especially vs other large laundromats. 2.50 for 20lb machine. They don’t take credit cards. Would like to see that added. The staff did mentioned that during day the owner does accept zelle."
"10/31/22 This laundromat has been on the decline for a while, however convenient, it always ends up being the opposite. They have sectioned off washers and dryers that are only for their workers use. Problem is those are the best functioning machines. This leads me to 8:00 p.m. on a Monday night at said laundromat trying to wash a tiny load. Machine 30 had almost no water and that's $2.50 down the drain. I dried that load which showed all the dirt that never washed out. I let the gentleman know and he told me it's working because there was no detergent in the top and because there was 6 minutes left in the wash. I told him the whole wash was low water, he said it will be good. I told him if it's not I will let you know. I did let him know after the whole drying process and went back to the SINK and scrubbed the kids stains after already using a machine. DRAMA! I asked him if he can give me another wash since the machine didn't do what it was supposed to do and he looked at me and told me no. I asked "do you want me to pay for another wash?" And he smiled and said "yes" I took my things and left to, now be home using my washing machine to rewash which will be followed with me going to a different laundromat to dry said clothes again. I also took a few pictures before I left. I would never advise anyone go there considering once you spend your money whether it works or not they're not going to honor you as a customer. No matter how long you've been going there. Also guarantee you he'll be on the phone if you need help. He might also force you to make him fold your clothes when it should have been done already and you're now here to pick it up. That's a whole other story though. It's now just after 1:00 a.m. . If you've been counting that's a 5-hour laundry day for five articles of clothing the math is not making sense."
