"Catherine was so kind! Will definitely be back"
"Worst laundry I have ever been to! The machines aren't clean, fungus on the rim and detergent compartment is full of mold. The entire place has a musty, disgusting smell. The change machine tore my note and the dryer didn't dry my clothes completely. Would not recommend this place to anyone who likes clean clothes!! I would like to give it no stars but unfortunately that's not an option. Do not go here!"
"Very well managed and clean."
"It's very quiet and clean place"
"I just moved to the neighborhood and this is my first time doing laundry around here. Not too happy with this place. First of all, their medium-sized washers are $3.25. I moved from Crown Heights where usually it's $2.50. Don't know if that's standard around here or what. Second, their sign says they close every day at 10PM. Got there at 8:45 to switch my wet laundry to the dryer. Put it in for 56 minutes and started it at 8:51, so it would finish at 9:47. As I'm starting the dryer, I notice some guy banging on the door gesturing that he wants to pick up his drop-off, and it's only 8:51, so I don't know why they have the door locked already. Then on my way out, the only person working there tells me they are closing at 9:45 tonight. Me: What? The sign says 10. Worker: Yeah, but tonight it's 9:45. Me: [Go outside to check sign in case I missed something. Nope. 10PM every day.] Why does it say you close at 10PM every day? Worker: My boss-- when my boss is not here... Me: I have laundry in the dryer. Worker: [shrug] Me: I paid for it already. Worker: [shrug] Me: What am I supposed to do? Ultimately, I convinced this worker that staying an extra 5 minutes until 9:50 so I could pick up my clothes was not the end of the world, but we made sure to both confirm "9:50" back and forth about 11 times before I left... Why wouldn't they have told me before I put my quarters in their machine that they didn't want me here past 9:45? Why didn't they tell me as I was putting my stuff in the washer? "Surprise! We love our customers so much we're letting you all finish your laundry 15 minutes early today!" I'm stressed and therefore sensitive. But this is dumb. I'm trying somewhere else next time."
