"This laundromat is so dirty, I cannot believe a place you go to clean your clothes is so freaking dirty. I went there two times, once when I first moved to the area and the second time it today because the light went off. The laundry on Utica is closed and it’s my day off. I need to wash my uniform so badly. The funny part is theirs prices are so high. How dare you can be the priciest in the whole neighborhood and you are not clean. The NYS is not doing a good job. They should close that place for health safety concern."

"I brought my laundry to this establishment like I always do each month and I'm usually satisfied. This time I am not. I had two stuffed teddy bears and now I only have one. My stuffed pikachu is stuffed no more and the other teddy is now coated in white fluff. This stuffed pikachu was given to me by someone near and dear to me who I have not seen in almost a year, this stuffed pikachu was also a comfort of mine because I suffer from anxiety. It was my mistake trusting this laundromat with my personal items only to be slapped in the face by the only thing of the items I brought in to have any sentimental value to be destroyed. When people bring their clothes to the laundromat to dropoff they are entrusting the establishment to treat the clothes or items like their own, but it was not the case with my item. And I remember that I zipped up the stuffed animal before bringing it in. I myself have washed this item multiple times before with no incident such as this and am very sad and disappointed with this service I recieved."

"This is the first time in this laundromat. The staff is friendly, it's probably because I'm new to this Place. I gave it two star because one is for the staff and the other one is the cleanliness isn't so much well kept. Especially the floor is fill with Dry sheet thrown around and the washing machine detergent port is fill with detergent residue which hasn't been clean for a while. This place need some cleaning to do. I wouldn't want to come back here, I will probably go to the laundromat in Avenue X"
