"I come here weekly for drop off service. Their business is efficient, people are kind and overall it’s a pleasure working them. Glad we have them in our community. Been their customer for over 5 years."
"The fabric softener compartments don't work half the time and in some washers, if you don't catch it you won't be able to use your fabric softener you just put in there and it will still be still sitting there! Also on the small washers, you must put washing detergent right away... i asked about the fabric softener thing and it was twice that my clothing didn't have any of the softener on it. The first time a couple of weeks ago the guy working reset the machine, the second time and same washing machine later, the girl told me they are doing the best they can. Which i understand but still its not only inconveniencing me but others as well. I usually let this stuff go but i do buy the fabric softener and it goes in the machine and doesn't get used.... they give you a large suavitel bottle with water to help it go through. What if you don't ask and then just deal with wasting your own money thinking it works? Anyway. I felt this was important. Because if i had a business people would expect me to fix what i need to and not have these issues arise. I like this place but I'm not going to say some things that i could because then because i am who i am, it would be that I'm ungrateful for being abused in my own life and i should be grateful, but i definitely don't go around telling people how* i feel they should be unless they mention me. This place is cramped and uncomfortable when there are many people in there. For the most part its clean. I always say hi, even when I'm being ignored. I believe in equal rights, not only for people who are known to be underserved, but everyone. No matter how i feel, or what i know."
"Great laundromat! Clean and well run. Thorough signage in English and Arabic! Reliable, same day drop off service. Really fortunate to live around the corner from this mat."
"It was amazing laundry service before! Now it's terrible! I left my clothes for pick up, when I opened my laundry bag, my all clothes have terrible smell! I can't breathe! So I have to come to work tomorrow, but I don't have clean clothes. It smells like ***. Ok, I thought it was a new girl! I left the second time after, and you know what?! It had smell even more terrible than before! I'm so mad at these workers."
