"Your Laundromat is called Coney Island West laundromat. So why did I get a card pushed under my door that has the same address as Coney Island west, but the name is now Grace laundromat Inc.? The picture of the washing machine on the front of the card, is nothing like the machines in coney Island west. Which are old and have mold in them. The dryer's barely dry your clothes and the extract cycle on the washing machines don't do a good job at all. Could it be that the owner is not getting good business and now they are trying to change their name to improve business? Well, maybe if you get new machines and dryer's that work, and don't cut down the heat on the dryer's, then maybe people might frequent your business."
"Gets the job done. The place is under new management which is a good thing. The previous people had a bad attitude. I do miss the arcade machines they used to have though."
