"It says that the closing time is 11 PM on Sundays, but I'm here at 9:15 and was rudely turned away because the final cleaning starts at 9. When I asked why they close at 11 if they're already shutting down at 9, I was told that the last 2 hours are for cleaning the floors. I don't understand why you can't just state that you close at 9. Moreover, the woman was very rude."
"I been coming here for 4 weeks now I love it best place to do laundry they give you free soap so you don’t have to spend money on that and when I’m busy they have a delivery option they wash dry and fold my clothes then deliver it to me. I recommend this place if you live in the area"
"So disappointing!!! I am moving to a new apartment and wanted to send my clothes to wash to move in with fresh laundry . Not only did they over charge they didn’t even fold the clothes or keep them separated in the bags . I’ve never in my life experienced such a bad drop Off service . I will never use this laundry for drop off service again ."
"I have been going to this laundry for a while now and there has been so much progress and improvement under the new management. They recently introduced a very thorough and easy delivery and pick up service. And on top of that it’s FREE pickup and delivery services!!! I definitely recommend for you to try it at least once. You can’t beat their prices anywhere else. Their staff are very friendly and super communicative. They are always quick and reliable. So much space to do your laundry. Thank you for your service !!"

They are very attentive and put in the work to address customers concerns. I have not had any issues with the machines, the prices are very low. they have lots of machines and ample folding space. I have used their drop off services in the past and they always do a great job."
