"So I did laundry there today and I washed my Nike outfit all Black just recently purchased at that, so I go home afterwards to put everything away mind you this is not the first time but now my Nike outfit has nothing but oil stains all over the damn outfit like how why is this even possible and I know for a fact, they’re not gonna care they are not going to reimburse me, so how do I get, my stuff clean and taken care of for their mistakes and the lack of care for their machines. It just makes me so angry because it’s always them never us.. never again in my life will I ever go that way again."
"No Air conditioner, door stopper is broken, you pay for hot water and get cold water, broken tiles, absolutely lack of maintenance in here. The license they have up is for another laundromat not the name they have on the outside banner. Would not reccomend, take your business where you are appreciated and given what you pay for."
"The machine where the large machines are don’t work and it will take your coins. The dial will down and then the dial start from the beginning. It would look like you never inserted coins."
"The owner is an A*****. It's summer and he doesn't allowed the workers to turn on the fans. The machines are always broken. The drying machines are horrible. When you speak to him, he talks down to people. The laundromat is rundown"
"Not one of the machines have hot water. Machines are rigged. Dryers are extra loud and they don't dry properly compared to other places. Most of the washers are broken. Some were draining water causing a flood and the attendant swept water out, splashing it on people and carts with washed clothes. Parking is hard to get."
