"I paid for rugs to be cleaned and dried !Not only I had to come 2 times for them but when at the end they returned me some of them( one was dripping wet hanging on the rack at the back) when I brought them home they were COMPLETELY WET, though the lady on duty assured me that they were dry! Lying to the clients when it is so evident is unacceptable! They could say, Sorry! Not ready yet!"
