"I paid for a card on Friday 10th and didn’t receive it because the machine malfunctioned but I returned on Tuesday 13th @9:14am to do laundry and resolve the issue and the manager on duty take care of my complaints in the kindest and understanding way and my issue was resolved. "Great service. Nice people. Usually get my laundry the same day or next day. Clothes are folded perfectly. However, some garments don’t seem all the way clean. Especially areas that need more concentration like armpits of certain shirts. Sometimes it’s clearly not all the way clean so I just wish they would give the clothes another round or more intentional pre treatment."
"I went into this location and had a few questions about employment for some family members. I met an employee by the name os Shondell. I hope i spelled her name right. I must say she was so very helpful and went out of her way to go above and beyond to provide to me the QR code and the website to help my relatives I appreciate the time she took and she even explained to me the quality of the washing machines. I hightly recommend anyone that wants to get their clothes washed at a location where the staff values you. The flatland locations are it. I will admit there is nothing better then knowing when an employee values you and provides the highest level of quality customer service. Thank You again Shondell !"
"Not all of the staff is bad. I had to write this review because I was seeing so many people say bad things about the employees. I haven’t had a single bad experience at this laundromat—In fact I often joke around with some of the staff when I’m there and one guy even told me he wasn’t allowed to leave for his lunch break. Treat people like human beings and they’ll be kind to you. Retail/chain workers are people too, so try and keep that in mind when you interact with them."

This Clean Rite is my #1 go to, because without fail, I can ALWAYS guarantee that the staff are willing to be attentive to any concerns I may have. Super helpful and super friendly.
