"i’ve been coming here for over three years. it used to be a very dependable and normal laundry mat in all respects. however, removing the option to self serve - in addition to the wildly restrictive hours they started employing the last six months or so have made it impossible to continue being a patron. only open from 8a - 3p, closed entirely on wednesdays; you need a take a day off from work just to drop off and pickup. whoever the new management (or whoever is responsible) seem to be intentionally killing the business - and taking more time out of the day to relax at home than provide a service. can’t blame them but still. go anywhere else."
