"The staff can be unnecessarily difficult and has been on several occasions. For example, there have been numerous occasions when I wash my laundry and put them in the dryer before 10pm, come back around 11ish, 11:30pm (they don’t close until 12am) and they refuse to let me in. I’ve also witnessed it happen to several other people. Also, while washing clothes today (5/9/23) my 2yr old daughter was touching something and the lady with the glasses tapped her on the shoulder and said “no.” Obviously, my issue is that you DO NOT touch someone’s child, especially not mine. I personally believe she needs to be fired. For that reason and also because that same staff laughed at a customer who was frustrated about not being let in. She is the only staff member with glasses. Overall, the facility is nice but be mindful of what you may encounter from 1 or 2 of the staff members."
"Good and clean place to was your clothes. Bonus washes are great! Manager shows every step to use your wash card by the very updated computer's on washer and dry. I will go back!"
"RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!! THE MANAGER ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE. THE LADY IN THE EVENING IS PLEASANTLY BEAUTIFUL. HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T CALL OR GO THERE DURING THE DAY YOU WOULD BE IGNORED COMPLETELY. NO WONDER WHY THEY TRY TO PAY PEOPLE TO WASH THERE. ILL GO BACK TO WHERE I WAS GOING."
"I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED VISITING THIS LOCATION. Upon arriving i call to see what time it closes and i was answered with a "i don't speak english" very upsetting . i arrived to find they had a free wash . upon asking for service i came to find out i could only use a certain size from another guest because none of the 2 workers spoke english machine m. receiving no refund or assistance with that i am completely annoyed. how is it that people can work live and own in a county they can't understand ppl in.. it's disturbing . i'll be returning to further ask management how is he satisfying all his customers by having only spanish speaking employees in America ..."
