"I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness and the prices."
"One of the best laundromat in Roselle park because Clean environment, lot of parking space, attendants support, resonable prices"
"PLEASE READ!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve been a Roselle resident for 1 year now, and have been washing clothes at this laundromat, weekly. Today, in attempt to wash clothes, I entered the establishment and obtained quarters (my bags were still in the car). The gentlemen employee asked if I was washing today. I told him yes, and he replied asking where my bags were. After explaining that they were in the car, he stated “please stop doing this”. After asking what “this” is, he preceded to accuse me of coming in often for quarters only, without washing. I was very appalled because my husband and I literally rotate washing clothes there, weekly. I explained that I wash clothes there weekly, when another female employee got involved and also accused me of the same action. After continuously explaining that I wash clothes there weekly they both stated that they never see me in there as a regular. Which, completely contradicts their original statement of them “seeing me” every week for quarters. I asked for my money back and returned the quarters. As I was leaving the woman kept saying “that’s her, she does this all of the time”. I had on a mask, sunglasses, and a head scarf. I felt completely profiled at this point. If this is in fact happening to them, it is not by me, and there are other ways to go about approaching the situation as a business. You know I’ve been there before because I used the big washer one time and it began to leak. The same gentlemen notified me that you have to select the water temperature first before pressing start in order to prevent the leak. He also helped me one time when my quarters got stuck, and told me that you have to push the quarters in with a little force. If I weren’t so upset and taken back, I would’ve showed multiple bank statements that prove that I use the ATM there, WEEKLY, for cash. I don’t wish bad on anyone, but I hope the woman who they accused me of being, returns, so that they can feel what I felt, after being profiled. Everyone who wears a head scarf is not the same person. I will never go back to this establishment."
"Some people complain that the laundromat is to small, others may complain about the parking being small, and someone said that she didn't like the attendants attitude. This laundromat is not made for everyone. I don't mind it being small, they have parking in the back and you can park in the front as well, the attendants are great, and they do excellent job at washing my clothes in a timely manner. If a customer approaches an attendant with a piss poor attitude to begin with there is so much a person can take. Right next door is a 7-11 where everyone goes while washing their clothes to buy drinks and food. They even have tv's in the laundromat."
"Never had to go to wash clothes outside of the home before. However, I definitely don't mind going here. Tom, the owner, is always pleasant and makes sure the customers are ok. He is always cleaning the machines, in and outside. Also, the bathroom is always clean. Thanks Tom."
