"New to area, very clean, seriously. A little dear, but it could be worse. As of April 4, 2024 still my laundry spot. I appreciate the 24 ht service. Been reading some reviews regarding worker I feel they are very helpful. Never have I had an issue. If you are looking for your laundry spot, this is a great choice."

"This place use to be good when it first opened, but for a while it has been falling apart, the woman who works here is not nice or helpful, I asked her for help because the card machine was giving me issues, she didn't l9ok like she wanted to help, you can ONLY use cash because credit card machine no longer works for a while, the washing was given me issue, I asked her for help , she did not and told me to be patient, I had to remove my clothes twice to other machines. She never even look my way. I am no longer coming here because it's horrible and she makes it when worst. I don't know her name, but she speaks with and accent and sounds like Trinidadian. Made me waste more time here than needed to struggling with machines. So gross."
"Very disappointed in the service I received on 03/15/2020 . Made this my home laundry spot in Brooklyn. Been here a few times excellent service always helped by worker no issues but saddened after the way Myself and some other customers were treated . I washed my clothes no problem . Time to dry, most of the dryers are filled with clothes that are completed . I simply ask the worker ( short fair lady ) if it’s possible to empty 2 dryers so I can dry. Straight up told Me no she can’t and will not move it . I pleaded with her she still refuse with a nasty attitude . Not sure if owners are aware of this type of behavior from their employees towards customers it can hurt business . But it sure has been an unpleasant experience not sure if I will return."
