"Change the hours if you don’t intend to be open until 11pm. It’s such an inconvenience when I step away to grab food at 9:37, only to return at 10:02 as my clothes is still drying , to see all the lights cut off. Now be mindful the young lady said to just tap the door when I get back ,so she knows I’m here. What she should have said is she is leaving at 10 don’t leave ! Because she didn’t care if I got my clothes or not! Then to make it seem as if it’s my fault for leaving when the hours state 11pm. Not only that, other customers are waiting outside as I drove off to get their clothes!"

"Used to be good but now several machines are broken and not being repaired also customer waiting area has gone down hill from how it started. New lady been there a few months is very rude. Always making a fuss about small things that no other employee bothers about. I will not return because she is so nasty."

"This laundromat is not the same from the time in opened 3 year ago. I have has running with the workers and the experience has been horrible. The so call manager is very rude and nasty and don't know how to service customers. All of the best workers no longer work at the establishment. I had a young lady who did great work on washing customers clothes. I found out today she no longer works there. The owners better think about who they hire and who they fire. I would not be back, because Renee was the only worker who knew how to wash and fold your clothes. the other workers will just roughly fold your clothes and throw them in the bag. Bad service will always loose good customers."

"Wow, wow. Almost reluctant to write a review, want to keep this little gem a secret. The short brown-skinned woman attendant w/short hair and denim cap is a priceless asset. She was a rare and genuinely professional and helpful spirit. Excellent laundry experience. Machines are a new wash technology that saves energy and money. Fairly priced ($2.95 for 18lb = small/med). No coins. Card operated. New cards cost $1, deducted from total. Detergent and fabric softener included in the price and dispenses automatically during cycle. Some machines dispense Tide, others Gain, others All. A few machines reserved for baby's cloths, rugs/pets, and people w/ sensitive skin. Dryers 8 mins for 29cents. Parking in rear, but limited spaces, so consider the 2hr Metered street parking in front, and neighborhood parking on side blocks."
