"A certain seating area had a faint smell of urine, there wasn’t any hand soap in the restroom (shouldn’t even have to tell the employees on site cause they need to be on top of it), and the dryers were weak af my clothes were still slightly damped after using it for 20+ minutes. Only upside is that the washing machines have decent prices."

"Not bad at all. It's pretty close to my home, and getting there early was essential to avoid the crowd. There were young men whom I believe might have been the owners sons, and were quite helpful with assisting the older people to remove clothes from the lower dryers. I most certainly will use this laundromat again."

"The price is good and the workers seem more friendly to the customers compare to my old laundrymat. I like that they have soap there so you can wash your hands once again better then my old laundrymat. The big machine is 3.50 and the drier is 7 minutes for 25c compared to other places that are $3.50-$3.75. You have to use coins for the machine. Only down fall is its a little small."

"I had a really bad experience at this laundry last week Wednesday! The Lady Lucy seems fairly ok but it is under her management! I moved to this area a few months ago and I found this laundry. There is an advertisement of free soap!! I have always worked with my soap and use my soap and will use a little as compliment! Last week as I loaded 3 machines used my soap and softener and I decided to go get the free soap as advertised.... This mid aged Chinese man approached me very rude filled with anger speaking Chinese which I assumed it must be something to do with the soap... I answered by saying 'excuse'.... He then proceeded to grab the soap recepticle from my hand and violently hitting it to a table... Mind you other patrons are looking on in total shock and disbelief as to want just happened... I have been assaulted at this place for no apparent reason! I will explore this to the fullest extent of the law! As for this place I would not recommend to any one... They do not like Black people! Zero!"

"The place is really clean. I washed there for 3 years. I went to many laundromat but none of them washed as clean as this one. They are pretty nice whenever I go there they give me a lot of soap. Also on a Tuesday when I went there they were teaching a customer how to wash clothes. When my laundry cart broke the owner there fixed it for me. I love ❤️ this place. (Recommended)"
