"Hi! I’ve been frequenting this laundromat since it opened and it seems to be going so well and is a great success. It’s even inspired me to own my own laundromat. Do you have any suggestions or resources to direct an aspiring coin laundry owner? Like where to look for laundromats for sale and how to vet them? Or build a new one and who to work with to do so? Also how to secure financing and start up funds and how much that could/should be?"

"We paid for the laundry service (drop off) which isn’t cheap, I’ve been doing this for a couple of times and had no issues. This time around I noticed my pants and a sweater came back discolored. Im assuming they put it in the dryer for so long it lost color. Now my pants are kind of ruined… won’t come back for this service again."

"I'm not one to complain much, rather I try to ignore when they treat me badly, but last Christmas week to be exact on Thursday, December 29, the laundry room was very full and there were unattended machines that had more than 30 minutes. I was waiting for machines to wash my clothes and I kindly asked the girl if she could empty the machines and she was very rude. I don't think the people who work there should treat customers badly."

"I am so disappointed with this place, I’ve been coming here for a year and liked the staff and the reliability of it. A week ago I dropped off laundry, when I went to pick it up, a pillow for my back pain was missing as were 4 silk pillowcases (ones which I had to leave the country to buy) were missing. When I called I was told my items were there and to pick them up tomorrow. When I went, nobody could find them. Since then I’ve been told 4 times to “come back tomorrow”. Today was the last straw. An older, thin, Russian man was so horribly rude to me. He said “I think we might have thrown it in the donation bins outside but who knows? It can’t be worth that much, what is it worth? $20? how about you just buy a new one, and I’ll give you a free wash.” What a slap in the face! How disrespectful and dismissive! When I told him that wasn’t enough, he pointed to a sign on the wall and said “Then call them and leave a message if you don’t like it” I called the number and it’s disconnected. This place doesn’t care about its customers. Be careful bringing your things here, especially anything of value."
