"“I recently visited this laundry location (Atlantic Avenue ) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The prices are exorbitant, with three machines costing anywhere between $40 to $50. On top of that, there are frequent issues with using cards for payment. According to the owner/manager, there’s a delay of 10 to 15 minutes for the amount to be reversed back onto the card after initially charging it. This means your money is deducted from your debit card immediately, but it doesn’t reflect on your laundry card, leaving you waiting for an additional 15 to 20 minutes before you can start your laundry. As someone who traveled to this location specifically, I was deeply dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and poor service. It feels like a rip-off, especially considering the overpricing and the inconvenience caused by payment issues. It’s disheartening to see a business operating in a way that takes advantage of customers, especially in poorer neighborhoods. There’s a clear need for improvement in both pricing transparency and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to others until these issues are addressed.”"

"The attendant working the day I came in was absolutely lovely. Not only helpful but truly a kind soul! I wish i had asked for their name but nonetheless it was a really pleasant experience. I haven’t been to Clean Rite in a few years so this was refreshing."
