"The staff and place is fairly clean. I have been going there for several years until recently. The prices keep going up. People just let their kids run around every where and sometimes they jump on top of tables. Pretty telling when my kids look at me and tell me to look at those kids running around. It's a place of business. Not a day care center. I know it's not the business's responsibility to teach people to parent but there should at least be signs of keeping your kids by your side and no running. After all there's soap and water that can spill and when one of these kids running around without a parent to control them, I am sure they will be the first once to sue. I had to leave a few months ago to another one and am happy. Better prices and less kids running around every where, less chaos. I do have to say the staff have always helped me."
"Courteous staff. Big machines. It's always busy, but there are always machines open. One time, a machine broke in the middle of our wash and the staff paid us back. It my husband's and my go-to."
"Place is clean, hours are great and there's always an attendant. Not sure how great the machines are tho, which is a pretty big deal. Wasn't very happy with my first load. I'll give them one more try before I find another spot. They're so close I'd hate to have to go somewhere else. Update: machines are great, especially the dryers! Guess I just had an unlucky first experience. No problems since! Changed from 4 to 5 stars."
