"This place is very dirty. Most of the laundry machines are out of order. The quarter machines are out of order. The floor is disgusting. The person that is at the door opening it up for several people they need to ask him to come in sweep the floors mop it and give him a little bit of money."

"Terrible washers and EVEN WORSE customer service. Took almost 4 hours to finish my laundry, and lost my rugs at this place. Its impossible to get a hold of someone who's willing to help. I had no choice but to either load it all over again or pay extra for drying. The staff was NOT happy to help. Didnt wanna take my number “just in case” they find the lost items until I asked for a manager. Wouldn’t even provide a name or contact information."

"As far as laundry places go it's okay BUT the washing machines don't have HOT WATER!!!!! How can you get your white clothes properly cleaned without HOT WATER. They said they were having a problem with the hot water but they're lying because all of the sinks have HOT WATER!!!"

"I love this place. Your clothes come out so much cleaner than twin city laundry mat. They also dry your clothes better. I don't know about the other people who left negative reviews but I come here often and have no problems. It's a bit of a walk for me too but it's worth every step. Keep up the good work."

"Many issues with this laundromat. 1. If there is a problem, know that there is no manager. And your issue will not be resolved. Its solely on the workers to decide if they want to help you or not. 2. Picture inserted. Most machines do not wash clothing with enough water. I paid 5.50 for a large machine and I got clothes tumbling around with little water. I told the Hispanic woman working there. She pointed to a empty bucket and told me to add water to it. 3. The coin machine is always broken leaving only one working machine to use for all customers. 4. There are roaches. Don't leave your belongings on the counters or machines. 5. There are not enough carts for the laundry. So you have 3 machines that are ready to unload and not 1 cart to remove your clothes. That is not all the business fault. But you have to have a number of carts available to customers. Lastly, 6. Why are 40% or more of the washers and dryers out of order? I mean the ratio is disappointing. I need another laundromat asap. Update: I hate that I come back to this location out of convenience and they still disappoint. New dryers but the washing machines still break down. Not enough water pressure. You do not get to be refunded if something goes wrong with the machines. The workers are not helpful. They have headphones on and are not aware of customers needs. They allow dogs in the carts that customers put their wash clothing. Yes, I am looking at a dog in the clothing cart as the owner does laundry. Wow."
