"It's 10,000 degrees in the laundromat. They need fans in the front. That's where the benches are, but it's too hot to sit there. Other than that, the place is clean, they have a lot of machines, and the ladies that work there are very nice."

What more do you need to know? If you need something clean that quickly do it yourself and stop being mean to these awesome people ✨"

"Mediocre all around. Grouchy ladies (except for one) who would benefit from demonstrating more warmth, friendliness, and customer orientation. I only come here because it's close by and laundry needs to get done. They don't value their customers who essentially pay their bills."

"Hours should be extended until AT LEAST 8pm. I’m a little baffled they can stay in business. One of the employees is super rude and dismissive. Machines are kept cleaner than most in BK, which is the most important thing to me. Service and hours: 2 stars Cleanliness: 4 stars Overall: 3 stars Unfortunately it’s the closest place to do laundry by at least a 5 min walk, so I don’t have much of a choice."

"Needs to extend hours, its hard enough this place opens up at 9am, but then last wash is at 4:30pm makes it extremely difficult for people to access during the week whether working from home or elsewhere. The units are often times in repair, but when they're all working, the equipment is fine. Managers are always kind and helpful as well. Hours are the only thing truly subtracting from this laundromat."
