"I've been coming here for a while and haven't had any issues except for the noise (more on that below). I like that it's 24hr (despite what google says) and that you get a bonus dollar for every $20 added to your card. I've never felt unsafe the few times I've gone at night. Accessibility notes: okay but room for improvement I'm not a wheelchair user but this space seems pretty accessible to me. There's a ramp out front (see other reviewers' pics) that looks like the correct width and grade. The door isn't automatic, boo. The sidewalk outside has some rough patches but I don't think it's impassable. The aisles are wide. The customer service booth was clearly designed for standing people (tall counter) but the door is glass so you should still be able to communicate that way. The washers aren't too tall to load or turn on; the soap dispenser on top is probably too high to reach (especially on the large machines) but if you're like me and only ever use detergent you can put that directly into the machine. I think. The dryers are stacked in two rows so it's easy enough to put stuff in but I can see how getting stuff out of either the top or the bottom would be an issue. About half the laundromat is up 5 steps but I've never had difficulty finding an open machine in the lower section. There's 13 seats in the front and 5 in the back (of the lower section, I haven't been up the stairs). The back has washers and dryers, and the front doesn't have dryers but the washers are larger so you may need to strategize if you want to sit down in view of your machine. Noise - During the day there's always a bunch of people blaring tiktoks from their phones but it's a lot quieter at night. The TV volume is reasonable (no subtitles, of course) but I really wish they would mute at least one of them so I could wait for my laundry in peace. The card loader is always unbearably loud - if it was a person they would be yelling directly into your face. The loader also logs you out after maybe 10 seconds? So if you're trying to smooth out a bill, it's gonna yell its thank-you message then yell at you again when you re-swipe your card. Both the front loader and the back loader (which is right above the 5 seats) make very annoying, very loud regular announcements about "wash points." Trust me owner, we all know about the wash points promo by now, and if we somehow didn't, there are other, less intrusive ways of getting the word out than a loud recorded announcement every couple minutes for the entire two hours I spend here every visit. Laundry is already a difficult task for a lot of people; there's no need to make it overstimulating too. Finally - you only get the bonus dollar promo if you load the full $20 in one login session. The ATM only dispenses 10s for some unimaginable reason (/s) and the loader logs you out super quickly for some equally unimaginable reason (/s) so if you load $10 and get logged out and load another $10 you do not get the bonus dollar. Also the ATM has a $2.50 fee. I withdraw my cash elsewhere."
"My favorite laundromat around this neighborhood, its always clean, tons of machine, and its 24/7. Staff is nice!"
"Decent but wish they wouldn’t play NewsMax right wing propaganda on the TVs"
"They need to fix their washers hot water. I’ve used multiple washers and none of them actually have hot water! Everything comes out cold. For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. To the owner, maintain your machines hot water and make sure it is actually hot."
"The owner keeps responding to my reviews. Instead of fixing the issues, he’s stalking my google reviews. ONCE AGAIN, ALL THEIR MACHINES ARE DIRTY, no matter the row. The workers use 1 rag and clean the top of each and every machine. This dragging germs from one machine to the next. NOTHING else is cleaned. I AM NOT CALLING TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. …………………… FILTHY…. Let me say this, the owner, is a bully via his keyboard. He will not approach you the same way in person. I’m certain he will reply to this calling me a liar. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT USE THE MACHINES BEFORE CLEANING THEM YOURSELF INSIDE & OUT. You see employees cleaning the machines but they clean the top of the machines. Please see the pics. I’ve had dirtier napkins from cleaning these machines. We all know most people come here out of convenience. Today I saw a roach running around. Just nasty. The fat neck Indian girl and old Jamaican man are both rude and lazy."
