"They allow people to steal your items. Had personal items stolen at this laundromat and the employee on duty was dodging all my questions and being unhelpful when asked about cameras. She told me her boss doesn’t have a phone, and then later said she would call her boss the next day. After I pointed out the contradiction she then call hers boss. Boss then tells me the cameras have no recording ability … make off that what you will. Def should not have left my trolly but I’ve been told by the owner has happened multiple times before … and yet it happens again under their watch"
