"Never coming back. I use to love this place. Over the last year and a half quality has been in the gutter. I’ve gotten my drop off laundry back with bleached color towels and holes in my shirts. I’ve washed clothes there and had my clothes stuck in the washer and the managers get mad. They have quarter machines but the change machine and ATM are frequently busted. Staff is dismissive. I’ve had to find a new laundromat to frequent."

"I’ve had multiple issues here. One time with a dryer that had plastics or something stuck to the back of it and it ruined half my load of clothes. I asked for some help or advice on how to get it off and was totally stonewalled after they realized it was their fault. Seriously, check your dryers.. Most of them have a black melted sticky substance that rubs off on your clothes. When this happened and they offered me no assistance, I asked them if they would at least clean the dryer that had the stained my clothes.. doubtful that they did. And for this reason, I’m out."

"I wish I could give this place no stars…. I put my clothes in the dryer at 845pm for 40 when home to put up down my wet clothes and when I return at 9pm the gate was down. Your back hand apology you can keep it. As a person in the medical field if I have a patient at 7:40 and my shift end at 8 o’clock I’m not just gonna get up an leave say oh well I can’t help you anymore my shift is over. so don’t tell me because of the time your employee need to go home early/ or on time. my clothes were still spinning and I had a timer on my phone and it didn’t go off meaning my clothes did not finish. The clothes were still wet and I added time to the dryer took some of my clothes upstairs, came back down and the gate were down. That means your employee left before 9pm Again this dismissive attitude is one of the reason you would no longer have my BLACK BUSINESS. I lived in this neighborhood for 30 years."

"It's average and just convenient. There's limited seating area and most dryers was used for their drop off service. The staff is rude and there was no heat.. I'm glad my dryer will be Repaired in 2 days and I can wash and dry at home say my speed. If you can Avoid this specific one try another one in the area"

"Love this place, I dropped off around 1pm and it was ready by 5pm end of the day. It was fold nicely and it smells really nice! You can also bring you own detergent if you want ! I live like 3 blocks away from this place, I still come to this store, the staff remembers my name already, I don't know what other people talking about, they are nice."
