"Customer service is very very poor they’re no help if you have a problem. They pretend to call a manager who never answers and give you a number to call that doesn’t work and the mail box is not set up. If the machine doesn’t work the customer loses their money"

"Every time I come to wash my clothes the price of the machines go up. Now I understand that the cost of living goes up, but I did my laundry 3 weeks ago and the small machines were $3.25. So, 3 weeks later it has gone up to $4. I think this is terrible because there isn't even enough water in the machines to say you have washed your clothes well. I will have to continue at this laundry until I find a better spot. It's unfortunate because it is only a few blocks from my home."

I used to use the Drop-off service until I realized all my Ralph Lauren Polo black Vnecks was ALL gone. I had like 12 old ones, and just bought a new 5-pack. How they just slowly went missing. Seen a guy wearing one of my missing Old Navy shirts with specific details that it was mine. Like… iykyk - that’s MY shirt. I pressed him. How they really stealing like this? East New York"

Going here to wash/dry clothes would be better if this establishment installed NEW machines. Hint: New machines. Nevertheless, a good place to do wash and even better when you drop off clothes to be laundered by staff. Staff does an excellent job with laundry drop off option."

"Wish they would upgrade the dryers and put new card pulls In the machine. Swipe be on its own time whether it wanna read the card or not. Then the lady in the morning act like you lying so please make a video to prove it or she going to 1st 48 you in Spanish. But overall a nice clean place. Packed in the earlier hours and nice and empty between 2 am-7 am"
