"Location 8906 Flatlands Ave location I would never recommend mostly the female staffs have no customer service training and the behave in a manner as if they don’t want to be there to help, answer or care for customer queries."
"Today I went and did my laundry. To my surprise the prices of all the machines were rasied tremendously. The prices has changed without any warning ⚠️ to the customers.When i ask the attendant abou the price change, i was informed that it was changed last Saturday. The attendant also informed me that since they've been there the prices went up 7 times and they haven't received penny more on their check.This is so wrong and unacceptable. The largest machine is 18.49 and the smallest is 4.79. With these prices I know for a fact that this location will lose customer and go out of business if they don't reduce the price I've found a bigger, brand new laundromat, with AC and cheaper prices. The largest machine is 12.00 and the smallest is 3.50. I will be doing my laundry there from now on. So today was my last day of me doing my laundry at Clean Rite at Flatlands and 105th street after all these years. Thank you."
"I am regular customer who comes to Clean Rite Center weekly. On July 16th after coming this past Saturday the prices rates of the wash machine and dryer went up without any notice to customers and employees. This is very unfair to the community and the customers."
"First time here….. floor covered in garbage, rude workers, gave water down soap in a small cup I had 15 washers and only allowed 10 small cups of water down soap. Then asked for change no change go outside to 7-11. Then all dryer didn’t close had about 20 dryers. Wasted $58 in dryers. Now about to leave asked for a bag they gave me one bag for the clothes that are still wet. Asked for another because it broke no we can’t I asked can I buy one no I can’t. Worse place ever. Will never recommend"
