ANM Super Clean Laundromat 11508 Lefferts Boulevard, Queens, NY 11420

"This place is filthy.. there's dead bugs on the machine where you can see the time. The machines are also dirty, and to top it off everytime I wash, my clothes still have stains on them. Like this never happened to me any other place. It's absurd. This place is not clean at all, stuck up gunk and soap in the machines where you put soap, the carts you put the clothes in to bring them to the dryer are filthy with dust and dirt gunked up. I didn't even want my wet clothes to touch it but I had to push it to the dryer. Never coming here again. Ever."

"I would recommend this laundromat however, I am extremely disappointed in them because I try to pick up my laundry around (8:30 AM) and the old guy who works the morning shift told me they don’t accept apple pay or any types of cards in the “Morning” he told me I have to come back after 12 pm. personally, I find this extremely ridiculous because it’s 2023 what business does not accept cards in the morning?"

"Price is good, people are usually pleasant. Drop off service however is not good. Clothes don’t smell washed ever. Clothes are dried in high heat to save dry time which causes the clothes to shrink. I’ve lost many garments, I’ve told the manager. He reimbursed me for two of the items I’ve lost and made passive comments to then state he wouldn’t like to do my laundry anymore which is fine. I still get to leave my review on how the service actually was. Doing your own laundry here is good. The machines arent the best but it’s the quality you pay for. If you go when it’s not busy, other wise wouldn’t recommend dropping off."

"Been washing here for 2 years now. Staff is amazing - if it’s super busy and packed they help me find enough machines for my laundry. Prices are good compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. As of this writing - $2.25 small washers, $4.50 medium washer, and the huge one I think is $6.75. $0.25 dryer 8 minutes. So figure $10 or less even if you have a lot of clothes like me."

"The old man that works the morning shift is very rude. Half of the dryers doesn’t work because it’s not cleaned out and that’s according to the lady who works the afternoon shift. This is not the first time where he simply refused to do anything about it. I just left there with two bags of half dried clothes after drying it for an hour too and when I showed him all he had to say was I will tell the owner. I know for a fact the old guy are the owners father/father in law and he gets away being rude and nasty to a lot of customers. Many times he gets in an argument with customers if they say something to him about the machines. It’s not about a few quarters. It’s about people’s TIME!"
