"This is the worst place to wash your clothes. More than half the machines are broken. The dryers are a cash grab 40mins and I still have a lot of my items wet. A worker banged on the machine to get it started for me. People stop dropping your clothes off at this place. Your items sit around in the carts half in and half out waiting to be folded. I can't wait for them to upgrade it."

"Just avoid this place. Dirty, expensive, and the employees touch your clothes (Edit: and leave them on the ground for some reason). The machines run too hot; Medium heat setting can melt polyester? Clothes smells burnt after drying. Doors don’t close on the dryers either."

"extremely overpriced laundry mat.. for the smallest washer it’s $3, medium is $6 large is $7!! in manhattan i usually pay $5.50 for a large effective washer. in addition the water pressure is extremely low. i also noticed mold inside the detergent cube after adding my clothes :( very unpleasant experience & i will not be coming back. let’s hope the dryer doesn’t burn my clothes. update: after adding my clothes in for 35 min, they were in fact burnt lol you could not even smell the detergent in my clothes. it’s as if they were never washed"
