"Avoid this place. Yesterday a friendly woman helped me, she was great. This morning I went to pick up my laundry and no one was there. I knocked on the staff door, nothing. Looked around for staff, no one. Knocked again louder, nothing. I tried to open the staff door to see if someone was there, and just then a guy comes in from the street yelling at me for trying to open the staff door (which was locked). He said “you didn’t even knock” and I said I did. He continued yelling at me and commented on my race, saying it made me entitled. I couldn’t calm him down so just walked out. He followed me out onto the street and threatened to hit me. I actually thought he might, but after shouting more, he walked back inside. Needless to say, never going back here. Apologies to the friendly woman who helped me yesterday."

"I wouldn’t do drop off here but if you’re coming to wash your own clothes, it’s quick and affordable. Just need to have paper money for the change machine since it’s coin operated machines. Note, there are machines that don’t work, so you should stay the first 5 minutes of your wash to see that the machine is working properly. They will give you back fabric softener and detergent for your wash as well as refund your money to put in the next machine if any issue pops up. I left it at 4 stars since I would not trust doing drop off service with them as I am very careful with my clothes and only wash on delicate and air dry at my house nearby."

"I would give a zero if I could, I was highly disappointed after receiving my clothes back from drop off service. I recieved my items back damaged and burned with holes in them. I didn't want any issues so I went in with a open mind in hopes of some resolution. I was called a liar and blamed for damaging my own clothes , I was called out of my name and totally disrespected. It was no hopes of this establishment taking accountability. I was definitely disappointed and offended by how I was treated more importantly than the actual service and damaged clothing I recieved. I am an attorney and I could have handled this differently but I wont tear down a black ran business but I will give an honest review. This was a costly horrific experience . Based on my personal experience I would NOT recommend."

"Great neighborhood laundromat. I’ve been going here for years. The woman who runs it is nice and professional and has lovely green eyes. Another reviewer has recently commented that there is a new male manager. This is false. It’s the same woman who’s always here. The prices have gone up over the years but it doesn’t get better than this at an NYC laundromat."
