"unethical practices, machine was faulty and instead of fixing it or refunding the customer, lady (5ft 7", plussize, black and a lil white hair, lazy eyes), said there is "no issue" and told me to pay again. absolutely ridiculous. you will be most definitely reported to cfpb for scamming customers in broad daylight."
